Mac is Back!
So my Macbook Pro with the bent casing/Superdrive came back in today. The CD/DVD slot was pressed back into place and they put a new optical drive in there as well (although I don’t think it needed one). Anyways, turns out AppleCare covered it despite the user-created scuff marks on the casing that resulted from trying to bend the case back myself. That’s a $700 repair that I don’t have to pay for and I’m happy for it. I guess paying that extra cash for AppleCare is worth the money.
